On 04/08/2026, Licensing program Analyst (LPA) Jaime Vado conducted an announced prelicensing inspection visit. LPA met with Administrator/Licensee Sopiha Chen and explained the purpose of today’s visit. Currently there are 6 residents and 3 staff present. One of which is the administrator.

LPA conducted a prelicensing inspection on this day in regards to CHOW.
