Your page already exists. This is what claiming it changes.
A flat monthly fee, based on how many beds you are licensed for, and never a commission on a move-in. The alternative charges $3,500 to $12,000 every time someone moves in — which is why it has never been interested in a six-bed home.
What it costs
Bed count comes from your state licence, so the tier is not a negotiation and not a sales call. The count on each card is how many facilities we publish in it.
Board-and-care homes
Care home, 6 beds or fewer
One resident is worth roughly $82,500 over an average stay. This is a rounding error against a single filled room.
Small residential care
Care home, 7 to 15 beds
Still trivial against one placement, and you are competing with communities that outspend you twenty to one.
Mid-size assisted living
Community, 16 to 49 beds
A 30-unit community already budgets $1,000 to $2,250 a month on marketing.
Large communities
Community, 50 beds and over
A 60-unit community budgets $2,000 to $4,500 a month and pays $2,000 to $5,000 per move-in. Three move-ins a year makes this the cheapest channel you have.
Agencies without beds
Home care, home health or hospice
A home care client is worth $11,000 to $15,000, against an acceptable acquisition cost of $1,100 to $3,000.

What you can change, and what you cannot
The split is the whole product. Everything you know about your own home is yours to publish; nothing about the state’s findings is.

Where you appear in a list
Lists are alphabetical. Position has never been for sale.
How verification works
You tell us who you are and how to reach you. We ring the phone number on your state licence record — the number is public, and you cannot change it without going through the licensing office, which is the whole reason it is worth checking against. Once that lines up we send a single-use link to set a password, and the page is yours.
It is a person, not a robot reading out six digits, and it usually happens the same working day. If the number on your licence is out of date, update it with the licensing office first — we deliberately will not verify against a different one, because accepting any number you gave us would make the check meaningless.
Questions operators actually ask
Can I pay to rank higher on Senior Care Records?
No, and there is no plan to allow it. Lists are alphabetical and we publish no rating of our own. A paying operator appears in exactly the same position as one who has never heard of us. The moment position is purchasable, the thing families come here for stops existing.
Can I have a citation removed from my page?
No. Citations stay because they stay on the state record. You get a right of reply published directly beneath the finding, which is something no other directory offers. If the state record itself is wrong, correct it with the licensing office and the change flows through on our next refresh.
How much does it cost to be listed?
Being listed is free and automatic — every licensed facility already has a page. Claiming a page to publish vacancies and receive family inquiries costs a flat monthly fee based on licensed bed count, from $99 a month for homes of six beds or fewer to $999 for communities of fifty beds or more. There is never a commission on a move-in.
How do you verify I am the operator?
You tell us who you are, and we ring the phone number on your state licence record to check. That number is public and you cannot change it without the licensing office, which is exactly what makes it worth verifying against. Approved requests get a single-use link to set a password. We never ask for a licence copy, a utility bill, or anything else you would have to email.
