The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Tricia Danielson and Janette Romero arrived unannounced to the facility to conduct a case management visit to address a deficiency observed during the investigation of complaint control number 18-AS-20201014104738.

The exit door to the smoking area was observed to be unable to shut properly due to misalignment. The door was observed to have to be lifted back into alignment to properly shut.

Therefore, based on the observations made during today’s visit, the following deficiency was cited per Title 22, Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations. See LIC 809D. An exit interview was conducted and this reported was provided along with Appeal Rights.
