Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Magda Malcore conducted an unannounced visit to the facility obtain addition information regarding complaint control #56-AS-20230801093037. LPA identified self, met with Administrator Melanie Niez and discussed the purpose of the visit.
During today's visit LPA conducted an inspection of resident medications and records for further review.
An exit interview was conducted were this report was discussed and a copy provided to Administrator Niez at the conclusion of the visit.
