On 10/17/2025 at 12:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Y. Brown conducted a case management-legal non-compliance visit and met with Licensee Ericka Tillis and LPA explained the purpose of the visit.
During the visit, LPA and Licensee discussed the update on the relocation of the residents, and LPA obtained the total census at the facility. Licensee stated that they have been working with the residents responsible parties and discussing their movement.
