On 8/22/2025, at 10:00 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) James Sampair and Yasamin Brown arrived unannounced for this Case Management Legal/Non-compliance visit to deliver the letter dated 8/21/2025 to the Licensee Ericka Tillis. Upon entry, Licensee Ericka Tillis was notified of the purpose of the visit.
