On 02/03/2026 at 01:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Doidge arrived unannounced to conduct a health and safety check. LPA met with Executive Director Anna Reddy and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA toured the facility including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, common area, kitchen, and outdoor area. There was sufficient supply of perishable and nonperishable foods. Multiple fire extinguishers were observed; last serviced on 07/10/2025.
