The inspector’s account

On 06/19/2025 at 12:40 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ardalan Gharachorloo conducted a Health & Safety inspection LPA met with Licensee, Ericka Tillis and explained the purpose of the visit. There are currently no residents in care and there are no staff.

LPA toured the facility including but not limited to the bedrooms, bathrooms, common area, kitchen, and outdoor area. Hot water temperature was measured at 118.2 degrees F in the hallway bathroom. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector were observed to be operational. Fire extinguisher was observed to be full and last serviced on 10/30/2025. There are no accessible bodies of water observed. Indoor and outdoor passageways are free of obstruction.

No deficiencies cited during visit. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
