Facility Evaluation Report

At 7:50 a.m., Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Esther Cortez arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a required annual. When arrived, the LPA found the facility under construction due to a recent water leak. The LPA toured the facility with the construction workers. There were no clients at the facility during the time of visit. The LPA spoke with Administrator Didi Daniels who provided relocation information for the clients. The LPA will continue the annual at a later date.
