Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Arroyo attempted to conduct an Annual at the above facility. LPA knocked on the front door, but there was no answer. At 11:48 a.m., LPA called Administrator Cami and was advised clients were in day program while she was out running errands. Administrator stated no one would be at the facility before 1:00 p.m. today.
