Licensing Program Analyst Manuel Monter and Simi Rai conducted an unannounced case management to amend two Complaint investigation, LIC9099, LIC9099-C issued on July 14, 2025. LPA met with Administrator Ida Gemignani-stearns explained the purpose of the visit.

The complaints ( 26-AS-20240430134658 & 26-AS-202402131434450) investigations closed on July 14, 2025 are being amended and the findings regarding the pest allegations are being changed to SUBSTANTIATED due to an erroneous finding on the previous report.

No deficiencies cited during todays visit. This Report was reviewed with Administrator Ida Gemignani-stearns. A signed copy was provided.
