Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year visit and met with Administrator Corinne Gies.
During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the inside and outside of the facility. During visit, LPA Marrufo observed the facility had a visitor screening area. LPA Marrufo observed a PPE supply of at least 30 days, a perishable food supply of at least 2 days, and a non-perishable food supply of at least 7 days. LPA Marrufo observed the facility bathrooms had available soap, paper towels, and hand washing signs. The facility exit was clear of obstructions.
No deficiencies were cited as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
