The inspector’s account

On 3/2/2026, Licensing Program Analyst Grace Donato conductued an unannounced facility closure inspection. LPA met with Administrator Elissa Jones and explained the purpose of the visit.

Facility is a single story home. LPA toured the facility and it was observed that there were no residents residing. Postings have been removed.

CCLD will be proceeding with facility closure as the licensee is no longer interested in maintaining a license.

A forfeiture letter will be sent to administrator/licensee.
