On 2/27/2026, LPA Grace Donato conducted an unannounced Case Management-Other visit. LPA met with House Manager Veronica Rozario and explained the purpose of the visit.

LPA delivered an immediate exclusion letter for a staff member who is currently associated in the facility.

The letter was given to and reviewed by the House Manager.
