Facility Evaluation Report
On February 19 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Murial Han conducted an unannounced annual inspection visit. LPA met with Administrator, Kaila Branch and explained the purpose of today's visit.
The administrator provided a tour of the facility and LPA observed the indoor and the outdoor passageways are free of obstruction. This is a single level facility. LPA observed good lighting thought-out the facility and comfortable temperature is maintained. Bed sheets, linens, and towels were observed to be sufficient and able to meet the needs of the residents at this time.
The facility is clean and tidy. There are 4 bedrooms( 2 shared resident rooms and 2 private rooms).
The water temperature in the kitchen, the bath/shower rooms were measured at 108 degrees Fahrenheit. LPA observed laundry supplies and equipment to be adequate.
Currently the facility does not have any residents as they are working on the vedorization process with Golden Gate Regional Center and the administrator has been informed to notify CCL when there is a new admission.
This report is reviewed and discussed with the administrator.
