The inspector’s account

On February 26, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Murial Han conducted an unannounced Case Management-Other visit. LPA met manager, Veronica Cochon and explained the purpose of today's visit.

LPA delivered an immediate exclusion letter for a staff member who is currently associated in the facility. The manager confirmed that this staff no longer works at the facility.

The exclusion letter was provided to the manager.
