Complaint Investigation Report

The Department has investigated the complaint alleging that resident was financially abused. We have found that the complaint was UNFOUNDED, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis.

An exit interview was conducted. This report was reviewed with Ricardo Aban, Executive Director and a copy of the report left at the facility.
