On August 1, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) John Calandra arrived at the facility at 3:00 PM to conduct a Plan of Correction(POC) visit in regards to a citation regarding medications and failure to correct issued on July 25, 2024. LPA Calandra was greeted by Ricardo Aban, Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
As of August 1, 2024, the deficiency has been cleared.
An exit interview was conducted this report was reviewed with Ricardo Aban, Administrator and a copy of the report left at the facility.
