On 4/30/2026, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) John Calandra arrived at the facility to complete the Annual 1-year required inspection. LPA Calandra was greeted by Abby Carvajal, Program Director/Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA reviewed training records and facility documents such as the facility's Emergency and Disaster Plan.
No deficiencies cited during today's visit.
