Complaint Investigation Report
Based on camera footage for October 2, 2024, LPA observed S3 by the lockers nudging at R2 because R2 was going through S3’s client's locker while assigned staff to R2 was just sitting at the table not redirecting R2. According to the administrator and S3, Staff 4 (S4) was assigned to R2 the day of the incident and allowed R2 to go through S3's client's locker without trying to redirect R2. When S3 came to the locker and called S4 to help, S4 would not help so S3 attempted to try to redirect R2 himself/herself. According to S3, due to R2 not listening, S3 gave R2 a nudge to ensure R2 would not touch other client's belongings, however S3 did not hurt R2.
The Department has investigated the above complaint allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated.
