On December 15, 2023, Licensing Program Analysts(LPAs) John Calandra and Grace Donato, conducted an unannounced continuation of the Annual 1-year required inspection that was started on December 14, 2023. LPAs Calandra and Donato met with Administrator, Imelda Prado.
LPA Calandra and Donato reviewed 5 residents and 2 staff files. All were observed to be complete.
No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. A copy of this report was reviewed and provided.
