On 6/20/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Grace Donato conducted an announced collateral visit. LPA met with Administrator Jocelyn De La Torre and LPA explained the purpose of today's visit.

LPA met with the administrator at a Starbucks in Daly City due to facility being repaired. LPA delivered an immediate exclusion letter to exclude two staff members.

The letters were provided to the Administrator.
