On April 17, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Komal Curley conducted an unannounced annual inspection. LPA met with Assistant Program Director, Michael Sokoloff and explained the purpose of the visit.
During the visit conducted, LPA was made aware that there are residents with change in health condition related to possible respiratory infection.
LPA will return another day to complete annual. Report is reviewed with Assistant Program Director and a copy is provided.
