On November 15, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Murial Han conducted a case management- other visit to amend a report dated 10/15/2024. LPA met with the administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
During today's visit, LPA reviewed the amended report with the administrator and provided a copy of the report.
This report is reviewed and discussed with the administrator.
