On January 5, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Komal Curley conducted an unannounced case management visit to deliver a copy of amended report that was originally delivered on 2/25/25. LPA met with amended administrator, Robert Snee and explained the purpose of the visit.
During the visit, LPA delivered an amended copy of LIC9099 and LIC9099D that was issued on February 25, 2025.
Report was reviewed with Administrator, Robert Snee and a copy is provided.
