The staff provided a photo of bedding on the floor as well as details such as the bedroom they were sleeping in and the name of the resident who occupied the room.
Based on information obtained from interviews and photo, the evidence standard has been met, and the allegation has been deemed substantiated.
An exit interview was conducted with the Administrator, Rolando Corpuz. A copy of this report, LIC 9099-D, and appeal rights were discussed and provided to the Administrator, Rolando Corpuz.
