Facility Evaluation Report
On 08/22/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Javina George made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a 1 year required visit. LPA George met with informed Kecia Stinnett, Director of the purpose of today's visit. At the time of LPAs visit there was (2) staff and (0) clients present, as all clients were at day program, and work. Below is a summary of what was observed during today’s inspection:
The facility was observed to be clean and free of any odors and passageway obstructions. The facility is a single story structure consisting of 4 bedrooms of which 1 is for a live in caregiver, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, den, detached garage, backyard with a pool that is secured by a locked fence.
The kitchen and dining area to be maintained in a clean and healthful manner. The LPA observed the facility to have a two supply perishable, and a 7 day supply non-perishable food items.
The medication, chemicals and sharps were observed to be locked and inaccessible to clients in care. The facility is conducting disaster drills on a quarterly basis. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and were found to be operable. The facility has 2 fully charged fire extinguishers, that were last serviced on 02/09/25. The hot water was tested and was found to be within regulatory limits measuring at 113.4 degrees Fahrenheit. The facility has emergency food and water supply. There are no known guns or ammunition on the premises.
