Complaint Investigation Report

The staff do not let the clients smoke in the facility. Interviews revealed the clients admitted to smoking in the facility. Interviews revealed that the clients know the facility rules. LPA observations revealed no smell of marijuana smoke while walking through the facility, LPA did not observe any clients smoking in the facility at that time of the visit.

Based upon the foregoing, the above listed allegation is unsubstantiated. This finding means that the preponderance of the evidence standard has not been met and the allegation is not valid. An exit interview was conducted with Nick Fierro, Administrator and a copy of this report and Licensee Rights (LIC9058 03/22) were provided at the conclusion of the visit.
