Complaint Investigation Report

It was alleged that the facility kitchen is dirty. LPA observed the kitchen and did not observe any dirt on counter tops, stove or appliances. There was food cooking at the time of the visit that was covered correctly and were not dirty. There were a few marks on the wall from splatter that the administrator agreed to clean but it was not dirty. Interviews revealed the kitchen is cleaned daily and swept and mopped daily. Interviews revealed that the refrigerators and freezers are cleaned out at least weekly.

Based on records and interviews, the allegations of staff are not following proper food safety protocols and facility kitchen is dirty are Unsubstantiated.

An exit interview was conducted with Nick Fierro Administrator. A copy of this report and the Licensee's Rights (LIC9058 01/16) were provided to Administrator at the end of the visit.
