Facility Evaluation Report

LPA Liliana Silveira conducted an announced Case Management visit to review facility changes with Licensee Freeda Landfair. LPA was greeted at the entrance by Licensee Freeda Landfair and Administrative Consultant Askari Abdul-Muntaqim.

LPA reviewed facility licensure documents with Freeda due to changes that were reported. LPA also provided consultation regarding California Code of Regulations, Title 22, for Administrator requirements, Background Clearances, Associations and the Guardian System.

No citations were issued during today's visit.

An exit interview was conducted with Freeda, to whom a copy of this report and the Licensee/Appeal Rights (LIC9058 03/22) were provided via email.
