Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

On June 23, 2026 Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) Enforcement Analyst (EA) Adrian Mangina arrived at the business office of Delta Home Health Care Services LLC. for an announced Biennial inspection. Upon arrival, the Enforcement Analyst identified herself and was greeted by Designee Sherwin Camacho. Analyst Mangina observed the proper posting of business hours and license. Business operating hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 11:00 am to 5:00 pm Fridays. Designee provided Analyst with current Certificate of Insurance showing that professional liability policy, worker's compensation, and dishonesty bond are current.

Upon completion of the file review Analyst discussed the findings of the inspection with Designee Sherwin Camacho and informed Designee that no discrepancies were found.
