Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) spoke to Administrator Felicity Arcangeli via telephone. LPA informed administrator that she was at the facility to conduct an annual inspection but there was no answer at the door. Administrator stated that currently there are no residents at the facility and said she has not had residents for years. She said the facility is currently closed due to undergoing renovations. She said she is unsure when she will re-open the facility and said possibly later next year.
