Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Debbie Correia conducted an unannounced Case Management visit. LPA met with Caregiver Allan Bartolome and discussed the purpose of the visit.
During today's visit LPA obtained a signatures on amended Community Care Licensing (CCL) reports.
