Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angelica Boyles conducted an unannounced Case Management visit to review and collect facility records. LPA was welcomed by, identified herself to, and discussed the purpose of the visit with Lynn Drummond Chief Operating Officer.
LPA briefly toured the facility, collected pertinent records, performed a health and safety welfare check on residents in care, and spoke with staff.
No deficiencies were observed or cited during today's visit.
An exit interview was conducted with LynnDrummond Chief Operating Officer, to whom a copy of this report and the Licensee/Appeal Rights (LIC9058 03/22) were provided.
