Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

On June 23, 2026, Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) Enforcement Analyst (EA) Adrian Mangina arrived at the business office of Mini's Home Care for an announced Biennial inspection. Upon arrival, the Enforcement Analyst identified herself and was greeted by Licensee Minerva (Mini) Casteneda. Analyst observed License and office hours posted. Business operating hours are Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Licensee provided Analyst with current Certificate of Insurance showing that professional liability policy, worker's compensation, and dishonesty bond are current.

Upon completion of the file review Analyst discussed the findings of the inspection with Licensee Minerva Casteneda and informed Licensee that no discrepancies were found.
