Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sabel Martinez conducted an unannounced Collateral visit. The LPA introduced himself and disclosed the purpose of the visit to General Manager Charles Bloom.
During today's visit, the LPA conducted multiple interviews with staff. No deficiencies were observed, nor cited during today's visit.
An exit interview was conducted with Health Services Director Claire Molina, to whom a copy of this report, and Licensee/Appeal Rights (LIC 9058), were provided.
