Facility Evaluation Report
On June 17, 2026 an unannounced in-office meeting was conducted at the San Diego Regional Office (SDRO) with Administrator Ligaya "Beth" Sanders and Thomas Gilbert, the Administrator's assistant, who were both present for unrelated purposes. Regional Manager Jerry Romero, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Robyn Clark and Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Liliana Silveira and Ramon Serrano were also present at the meeting.
During today's meeting, LPA's, RM, LPM, Beth Sanders and Thomas Gilbert discussed the current state of the facility. Based on the interview Marianne Alfaro is the facility manager and runs the facility.
No deficiencies were issued or cited at today's meeting.
An exit interview was conducted with Ligaya Beth, to whom a copy of this report and the LIC 809-D page and the Licensee/Appeal Rights (LIC9058 03/22) were provided during the visit.
