An informal office meeting was held in the San Diego Adult and Senior Care Regional office. The following people were present at the meeting: Regional Manager (RM) Jerry Romero, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Simon Jacob, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Amy Domingo, Amy Rodgers, Rebecca Borunda and Hannah Rodgers. Jewish Family Services Melissa Hall, Mike Phillips and Whitney Wilson. Wings Recovery participants; Christa Overton and William Coombs.

This informal meeting was called to discuss the following issue:

.A copy of California of Regulations, Title 22 section 85072 and 80072 were provide to Wings recovery and Jewish Family Services. An exit interview was conducted with Christa Overton, Administrator.
