LPA conducted a facility tour, accompanied by ED Armour, and observed the storage room with extra linens for residents if needed. The facility tour also revealed the resident bedrooms were fully equipped with essential linen and all other requirements.

Based on interviews conducted and a facility tour, the above allegation is determined to be unsubstantiated. An unsubstantiated finding means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

ED Armour was given a provided a copy of the Complaint Investigation Report (LIC9099), and Licensee Rights (LIC9058 01-2016), and signature on this report acknowledges receipt of the documents.
