Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Eryn Kane conducted an unannounced closure visit to the facility. LPA Kane was greeted by Adminstrator Veronica Gomez-Savala, identified herself, and explained the purpose of the visit.
On July 1, 2026, Licensee Eduardo Gonzalez Jr. submitted a closure letter to the CCLD San Diego Regional Office via email. The letter stated that the license was being voluntarily relinquished due to the upcoming expiration of the facility lease and reported that no clients remained in the residence as of June 30, 2026. LPA Kane confirmed with Administrator Gonzalez by phone that the facility was ready to be inspected for closure.
LPA Kane toured the facility and confirmed that no clients are residing at this location. All required licensing postings have been removed. Clients’ relocation and placement had been verified prior to the visit.
No deficiencies were observed, and as of today’s date, the facility is ready for closure. A copy of this report and the Licensee Rights (LIC 9058 01/16) were provided to the Licensee via email. A confirmation email has been requested.
