Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dang Nguyen conducted an unannounced Collateral Visit. LPA was greeted by, identified himself to, and discussed the purpose of the visit with Associate Executive Director Lane Hermosillo.
During today’s visit, LPA conducted staff interviews to aid in an investigation involving a different licensed care facility.
No deficiencies were observed or cited during today's visit.
An exit interview was conducted with Hermosillo, to whom a copy of this report and the Licensee/Appeal Rights (LIC9058 03/22) were provided.
