Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

On June 13, 2024, Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) Analysts Adrian Mangina and Ruben Perez arrived at the business office of The Key of California LLC for a Biennial inspection. Upon arrival, the HCSB analysts identified themselves and were greeted by Chris Yataco . The proper posting of business hours and license was observed. The analysts were shown to an area where the review of personnel and administrative files could be performed. Analysts observed current insurance policies and dishonesty bond. Upon completion of the file review the analysts discussed the findings of the inspection with Designee Sean Cygan and informed the Designee that no discrepancies were found.
