Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to perform a health and safety check. Upon arrival, LPA met with Caregiver Zenaida Concepcion and explained the purpose of the visit. Licensee Katherine Dowden arrived at a later time.
During the visit, LPA toured the facility and conducted interviews. No immediate health or safety concerns were observed at the time of the visit.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee Katherine Dowden.
