Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to perform a health and safety check. Upon arrival, LPA met with Caregiver Arlene Elad and explained the purpose of the visit.
During the visit, LPA toured the facility and no immediate health or safety concerns were observed at the time of the visit.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Caregiver Arlene Elad.
