Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Janira Arreola conducted an unannounced case management visit in order to review the increase of capacity per licensee request. LPA met with Administrator, Sean Lucas who was informed of the purpose of the visit.

Licensee request for capacity increase approval of building from (36) to (42). Fire Clearance is approved for (42) ambulatory clients approved by the Escondido Fire Department on 10/10/2025. Facility sketch on file with designation of capacity for each room; licensee is advised that the noted designated capacity for each room is to remain in compliance as described on the facility sketch and each room capacity attachments. The approval for client use is for all areas except for garage, staff lounge and closet areas. Resident classroom and common areas were observed during the time of the visit, including the additional classroom added to the facility capacity.

The physical plant is ready for increase in capacity. A new license will follow in the mail. An exit interview conducted and where this report was reviewed and provided to Administrator, Sean Lucas.
