Complaint Investigation Report
HCAS completed three hours safety training including Basic Safety, Emergency Procedures, and
infection control but the training plan did not reference infection control component. Licensee's training deck, however, did include infection control as required. EA advised that Designee should update training plan to reflect what is actually being taught and that best practice is to ensure that they are following their own plan. Based on the information received through interviews and record review it is determined that although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation are unsubstantiated.
Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report and HCS9058 Appeal Rights form was provided.
