Complaint Investigation Report

It was alleged that staff are allowing visitors during unreasonable times. Interviews revealed the staff lets the clients have visitors. Interviews revealed that the visitors come and will leave at a decent time. If a visitor comes over to watch a movie or a game they usually leave right after. Interviews revealed there are no visitors coming to the facility at crazy times of the night or anything like that.

Allegations of staff does not ensure outside premises of facility is clean and staff allowing visitors during unreasonable times are unsubstantiated.

An exit interview was conducted with Debbie Whaley, Caregiver and a copy of this report and Licensee Appeal rights were provided at the conclusion of visit.
