The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renita Hall conducted an unannounced annual required visit to the above-mentioned adult day program facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with Jennifer Valencia, the Director, who assisted with the visit.

The facility operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, providing services to adult clients ages 18-59 with developmental disabilities.

A facility tour was conducted, which included indoor activity areas, restrooms, kitchens, and outdoor space. All areas were observed to be clean, safe, and in good repair. Furniture and equipment were in good condition and appropriate for the clients in care. The facility has sufficient space and seating for all clients, and there were no exit obstructions.

Restrooms were equipped with grab bars and adequate supplies. Hot water temperature measured within the required range of 105°F to 120°F. Meals are prepared by the clients residential homes and brought to the Day Program.
