Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angelica Boyles, made an unannounced visit to conduct the required One-Year Inspection. LPA was granted entry into the facility by Fe Martinez, Assistant Administrator, after identifying herself and stating the purpose of the visit.
The facility's license shows a maximum capacity of 34 clients. This is a multi-unit complex with a single-story building in front and a two story building in back. There are 18 client rooms and 6 bathrooms for client use. No water features or secured perimeter.
LPA, accompanied by staff, conducted a tour of the facility, which included a sample of client bedrooms, the dining area, recreation rooms, and food storage areas. Exterior and interior passageways were free from obstructions. According to Assistant Administrator there are no weapons and/or ammunition stored on the premises. Client’s room temperatures were within a comfortable range and water temperatures accessible to clients were within compliant range. Each client had sufficient bed linens and all client rooms were equipped with required furnishings.
