On December 16, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted a post-licensing evaluation regarding the licensee’s request to increase the licensed capacity of the Adult Residential Facility from forty-seven (47) to forty-eight (48) residents.

The LPA reviewed the facility’s physical plant, staffing plan, and operational capacity. The facility has adequate bedroom space to accommodate one additional resident in a shared bedroom. The shared bedroom meets Title 22 requirements for square footage, required furnishings, and accessibility. Bathrooms, common areas, and dining areas were observed to be sufficient to support the requested increase in capacity.

The LPA reviewed the facility’s fire clearance, which reflects approval by the local fire authority for a total capacity of forty-eight (48) ambulatory residents. The fire clearance supports the use of the shared bedroom and the increased capacity.
